There are numerous ways to place an order with Brenntag Lubricants Northeast. The easiest is to sign up for an E-commerce account and place your own orders, 24/7.

How do I get a proof of delivery?
Call Customer Service at 800-426-7754 and one of our CS team members will be happy to e-mail or fax a proof of delivery to you.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Copies of invoices can be obtained through your e-commerce site, or by calling Customer Service at 800-426-7754.
How do I get an SDS sheet?
Click on Resources on this website or if you don’t find the SDS you’re looking for, contact our Customer Service team. Call 800-426-7754 for assistance.
Where is my order?
Package orders are delivered within 3 business days unless you have a predetermined scheduled delivery day with one of our local warehouses. Bulk orders are typically delivered in a 3-5 day window after placing your order. Order inquiries can be made by calling Customer Service at 800-426-7754.
What if my price is wrong?
If you discover an error in your pricing, please contact your current sales representative or sales support representative. If you need assistance in this, Customer Service can help. Call 800-426-7754.
What if I get the wrong item?
Order accuracy is very important to Brenntag Lubricants Northeast. In the event you receive the wrong item, please call Customer Service at 800-426-7754 and the problem will be resolved.
I received my order, but an item is missing. Why? What do I do?
On occasion, product availability may affect your order. If an item is shorted on our side, we will be calling you in the morning of delivery to alert you. If you have not received that call, please call Customer Service at 800-426-7754 for assistance.
How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account with Brenntag Lubricants Northeast is simple. Click on Resources/Credit Application to access our credit application. Email the application to BLNECreditApp@brenntag.com. You should have your account established within 24 hours. Customer Service can assist if you have questions. We welcome customers who’d like to pay by cash or credit card. Simply contact Accounts Receivable to have your C.O.D. account set up at 800-426-7754, opt 3.
How do I pay my bill?
Brenntag Lubricants Northeast offers many ways to pay your bill. We accept ACH, checks, or credit cards (MasterCard, VISA and American Express). You may pay at the time of delivery or if you have credit terms, you may simply send your check to the remit to address on your invoice. If you prefer ACH, we’ll notify you when payment is due. Remember to reference your invoice number on the payment to ensure accuracy.
How do I reach my sales person?
Your salesperson should provide you with direct contact information. If you do not have that, call Customer Service at 800-426-7754 and they will provide you with the information or connect you immediately.
What kind of oil should I use?
Product selection is very critical in this business. Brenntag Lubricants Northeast has a well trained Sales and Customer Service team that should be able to assist in product selection. We work closely with the support teams of all our vendors to ensure proper product selection. You may also dial 800-426-7754, opt 5 for Technical Product Support.
